Who is ZAKA?
ZAKA is a globally recognized humanitarian organization. Our mission focuses on saving lives and honoring the dead, with thousands of dedicated volunteers trained in emergency response, rescue, and recovery both in Israel and around the world.
October 7th Response
During the tragic events on October 7th, ZAKA’s Resilience Unit was on the front lines, providing immediate life-saving assistance and dignified care for victims. Our swift response in such critical moments shows the importance of being prepared for emergencies.
Global Impact
ZAKA's work extends far beyond Israel. We have assisted in some of the world’s most devastating disasters, including the 2010 Haiti earthquake and the Nepal earthquake, offering essential humanitarian aid and rescue services in times of crisis.
